Near Nara Park, in the serene neighborhood of Takabatake, a small brown door awaits.
Ring the nostalgic iron bell. A playful chime greets you. Step inside. The warm glow from our cherry wood floor calms the spirit and elevates the heart. Its light fragrance lingers.
This is a joyous place, where children engage in pleasant and enriching activities -- a Children's House. The protagonists are the children themselves.

In Nara Prefecture, for the first time, the doors have opened to a genuine Montessori Children's House specializing in 0 to 3 year olds. Our founder and director is a certified teacher from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), the sole training institute established by Dr. Maria Montessori. Nara Children's House remains true to Dr. Montessori's pedagogical principles and practice. We help unlock the hidden potential within each child.
(Note: The AMI terms "Children's House" and "Casa" refers to the prepared environment for 2 and a half year olds to 6 year olds. The terms "Nido" and "Infant Community" refer to the environments for 2 to 14 month olds and for 14 month olds to 3 year olds, respectively. Since these terms are not widely known in Japan, we intentionally don't use them. Instead, we only use "Children's House.")
